As the owner and operator of this blog I fully understand this is supposed to be used for the town of Highland, Indiana. Griffith is our neighbor and their news is in essence, our news as well. An F2 tornado demolished parts of Griffith, Indiana on August 4, 2008 causing wide-spread damage to homes, businesses and vegetation.
